Kaye's Breakfast Club

We understand if children arrive in school early that they may only have been up for half an hour! Kaye’s Breakfast Club is a place for children to prepare for the school day ahead; playing with others or just quietly chatting to the adults if they prefer.

Our breakfast club runs before school from 7.30am to 8.50am each school day in the school hall. Breakfast is provided from any time they arrive up to 8.30am.  The menu consists of a variety of cereals, wholemeal toast, crumpets, bagels and fruit juice.

The young children in Early Years and Key Stage 1 are taken to their classroom by a member of staff and Key Stage 2 children are dismissed, once their class teacher arrives, to make their way to the classrooms.

Places can be reserved either on a half termly basis or on an adhoc basis if you do not require a regular place. Payments are made through ParentPay on a half termly basis and childcare vouchers are accepted. If you are interested in your child attending Kaye’s Club, please contact the office on 01484 222918 to discuss your needs.

Breakfast Club costs: £5.50 per session.

Kaye's After School Club

We understand that children have been working hard at school and after a long day might want to simply relax. Children often describe it as “going to play at someone’s house, but with lots of people and games to play”. It is no wonder that when parents turn up to collect their children sometimes they just don’t want to go home!

Our after school club runs straight after school until 6pm each school day in our on-site Nursery building or our school hall. Once the children arrive at the club, they are able to play with the wide range of free play and planned activities. The children are provided with a snack and this is usually served between 4 and 4:30pm. We offer children a varied menu from soup, hot dogs and sandwiches, followed by a biscuit. Water and fruit snacks are available throughout the session. Children are regularly involved in creating new menus and making choices about activities with consultations and informal discussions.

We have a safe secure outside area where the children enjoy playing and running around in the fresh air and is usually a place where children choose to be. We also have board games, craft activities, quiet reading, role play and various other things inside if children prefer or the weather doesn’t allow outdoor play.

Places can be reserved either on a half termly basis or on an adhoc basis if you do not require a regular place. Payments are made through ParentPay on a half termly basis. If you are interested in your child attending Kaye’s Club, please contact the office on 01484 222918 to discuss your needs.

After School Club costs: £9.00 per session.

After School Club costs up to 4pm: £2.25 per session.
